She fills her diaper with pee all the time and eats well, but she hasn't pooped in a day and I don't know when I should worry.

My formula fed baby who is 7 weeks old only goes every 2-3 days for a poo dr said formula and breastfed babies can take 5-7 days without going poo. Do ring your dr for reassurance. 
Also along as your baby isn’t in pain it is ok for them not to poo everyday.
