Pre term labor symptoms ?

Has anyone experienced pre term labor, what were the signs or symptoms? I’m 33+ weeks. I’ve had a pretty uncomfortable pregnancy. But the last several hours I’ve had terrible lower back pain (haven’t had this until now) along with pressure/tightness in my hips and vagina. Ive also had menstrual type cramps in the lower belly.  Anyone?

I was 33+1 and I felt off the whole day. I didn’t feel my daughter moving and my entire stomach was rock hard, constantly, for hours. I also had a headache and felt kind of dizzy/nauseous. I called the nurses line that afternoon and went to triage. Fortunately my baby was perfectly fine and actually moving around like crazy. I was also having regular contractions. I still don’t understand why I couldn’t feel anything. I was monitored for about 6 hours total. I received some fluids via IV and eventually they had to give me a shot to stop the contractions.

I saw some bloody discharge in the morning. Then contractions started coming in the afternoon.
