Need advice:)

In the last 2 weeks I have had all early pregnancy symptoms, breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, mild cravings, frequent urinating, fatigue and headaches and now a cold, I got a faint positive at 7 dpo on Tuesday, then on Thursday at 9dpo I started getting light bleeding which I think is implantation bleeding, it stayed light but gradually got a little heavier but still stringy and had clear mucus in it, I soaked 2 light sized tampons but then that was it, it is now Saturday and there’s almost nothing coming out barely anything on my pad, I had mild cramps and back aches but it’s tolerable, my app says I’m 4 weeks and 4 days which makes sense but is the bleeding normal? Also twins, triplets and quadruplets run in his family so is heavier implantation bleeding normal?
