4.5 year old has pneumonia

I took my son to urgent care due to a cough he’s had, and because he’s been belching* and gagging from the drainage from his nose. They did an X-ray and they said he has a little bit of pneumonia.

He has breathing treatments when needed every 6-10 hours. And they gave him a steroid medication but he ended up throwing it up yesterday. I’m worried about that.

Is he going to be ok? I’m so worried. I’ve never had pneumonia before so I don’t know what to expect.
