Bleeding while pregnant?

I thought I got my period 12 days ago and I’m still lightly bleeding. Decided to take a pregnant test this afternoon and got a blaring positive! Has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy? I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m a little spooked!

Yes I have, 3 were subchorionic hemorrhage healthy pregnancies one I carried twins to term and 2 were miscarriages.

I've only ever had what I thought was my period, or period like bleeding twice (out of 4 pregnancies) and both were ectopic.
