Elevated optical nerve

So I been having headaches back to back, head pressure, pressure infront and behind ears. I went to er they did a head CT everything normal and they did a maesyo eye scan on me and flashed a light. They saw my small Optical Nerves were moldy elevated the doctor told me it was nothing, dangerous but literally I don’t feel normal. It’s hard for me lay down for a long period of time. I feel more disoriented than usual. But they didn’t find anything dangerous or odd other than that. I am worried because the back of my neck been bothering me too. I have an apt with my PCP so I will ask about it. I always have things going on with me and I feel like doctors never give me a cure or treatment plan for it but just prescribe me medications. Anywho anyone else suffer from Optical Nerve damage?
