Pregnancy pain after C-section

Hi ladies,

I’ve been having some weird pains and discomforts on my left side during this second pregnancy. I never felt it during my first but it almost feels like a pulled muscle or something. Doc mentioned it could be scar tissue/adhesions from the C-section… but can adhesions really be that high up?? (3 in. away from belly button) Just wondering if anyone had anything similar happen.
