I’m starting to hate sleeping 😭
I’ve been having some pretty awful back/hip/sciatica pain this pregnancy. It’s hurt and sucked but been manageable. The last few days when I lay down, I’ll sleep for maybe 20 minutes and then my hips and pelvis start hurting so bad it wakes me up. It’s excruciating, and I’ve got a pretty high pain tolerance. The only way I can sleep without that pain is on my back but I know we’re not supposed to. Any tips?!? Not sleeping + this pain is driving me insane and I’ve gotta take care of my toddler during the day.
