How do I surprise my husband?

I’m a ftm as well as a sahm. My husband works very hard and has two jobs in order for me to stay home. I want to do something thoughtful for him. We’ve argued and got into a few fights as new parents but things have gotten better with us. I want him to know that I do appreciate him. So, what should I do? I already cook for him everyday or every other day…. And he isn’t too big of gifts. Ideas???
