Trying to conceive

We’ve have been trying to conceive for about a year. I did have a miscarriage a year ago when I was nine weeks along. We have now started the early stages of IVF. Right fallopian tube had filled and spill (within normal limits), Left fallopian tube: didn't filled or spill (no normal functioning). We go in two weeks to talk about our next options. Has anyone dealt with this and who could give me any advice? I’m feeling extremely overwhelmed and defeated.
