Spotting or implantation bleeding?!

I’ve been experiencing some spotting I’ll get it every so often when I go the toilet some days I won’t get it and I’ll be fine but when I do get it , it looked like this (picture Inserted) i also haven’t had a proper period since august I have no pain no cramps or anything I’ve taken some pregnancy tests and I can see a really really faint line but I’m not sure if it’s 100% positive I’ve had a history of repeat mc so I really want my rainbow baby.
