Contraction times// due tomorrow
Today starting at around 4 pm I have had lower back pain and this pain in my pressure on and off and didn’t even think of it being contractions until a little while ago. This is how close they are apart and how long they are but they aren’t excruciatingly painful they just hurt and I have to breathe through them
