Echogenic bowel means Down syndrome

My baby was born perfectly

Healthy no issues ..

So everything went well until week 27

Down syndrome was low 1-200 at 13 weeks screening

Anatomy scan was normal at 19 weeks

I am week 31 and by 27 they saw echogenic bowel and they have tested me for cystic fibrosis, CmV and Down syndrome again

Dr said baby’s growth is good that means no infection

We r yet waiting for results to come but yesterday the doctor said it can be Down syndrome if no cf and no infection but is it possible to get a positive and high risk after the initial testing was good ?
