Reason a woman should have tubes removed

I’m a mother of 5 and I’m not married. I’m always told I should consider having my tubes removed but I feel like that isn’t fair if I was to some day get married and I can’t give my husband a child. I can’t use birth control due to a clotting factor I carry. I’ve been on paraguard in the past and honestly had no issues with it but I did get pregnant and carried my daughter full term with the iud in place 😫I tell my current boyfriend to just use condoms and he is just like this isn’t gonna work forever. He also brought up I’m gonna end up getting knocked up by a loser I need to just have my tubes done or I must just want another baby 😑I honestly don’t know if this is something I want to do and it’s not something I can reverse. I take definitely hard being a working mother and taking care of my five children but I wouldn’t change them for the world. Have and of you ladies been in my situation or have and input. I’d appreciate the advice 🙏❤️
