How to deal with mom's guilt?

Question

I recently hired a baby sitter/part time nanny and have to join my work in 2 weeks.
Since I'm not spending as much time with my baby as i am training the nanny and also giving my baby time to get comfortable with nanny ,i feel very guilty that he is going to grow up like this all alone without me.how do  u guys deal with this feeling?

I know it’s so hard to go back! But remember you’re baby is not all alone I’m sure you’ve selected a great nanny that is going to love him. You will still see him even though it doesn’t feel that way now. I had a full time working Mommy but she was still home every Sunday, in the evenings and never missed a dance recital. He knows who Mommy is and even though it’s reduced your time together will still be really special. Best of luck!

My mama watches my son during the day while I work. It’s so hard because my work hours are not traditional and I often times have mom guilt, but when I get home from work and he looks at me and smiles it all washes away. Also, on the days that I am home more than work and he chooses me over my mom, I know all is well. Our babies know us and I know the mom guilt is real but you are doing the best for your baby and that’s what truly matters!
