HELP My 2 and 3 year old wake up at 4:30-5am

I need them to sleep in at least an hour longer, it’s been like this for a while.

Right now they go down at 6:30-7 and nap around 2 hours a day.

First we tried to put them to bed later, they got up earlier.

Next we tried cutting naps in half, didn’t change anything. (3year old rarely naps)

Then we tried to put them to bed earlier, it worked for around 3-4 days by like 45 minutes.

I like to be up before my kids to have food ready and take some personal time to collect myself for the day. I really need some type of self care time in the morning.

Any advice on things I haven’t tried to get them to sleep in just a bitttt longer?
