In early pregnancy? It’s not totally unbearable but sometimes I have to sit in the shower and let the warm water hit my belly and my back. Almost like period cramps but a tad less, they do go away though. I’ve had this happen in my first pregnancy as well (live birth) but it make me nervous is it just my uterus stretching and sometimes if I can for too long standing my lower back and uterus start cramping ( but goes away after a little bit)
