How do you go about booking a planned c-section? Is there certain requirements or is it completely up to you? Pros & cons as well please?

I’ve had 2 traumatic births, the first was 9 weeks early and she was stuck for over an hour face first. I was cut and then I haemorrhaged severely afterwards, it was awful. My second the cord was wrapped around his neck and I was rushed into an emergency c-section within seconds. I was put out and didn’t get to meet him for over half an hour after he was born.

I genuinely think this one will be bad as well considering the previous labours, I don’t really want to go through either again so I’m considering a planned c-section.
