candida spp. positive 2nd trimester

Has anyone tested positive for candida spp in their second trimester (I’m 24wks) and can share their story?? I (of course) got the results friday after the dr office closed🤦🏼‍♀️ and google is freaking me out about preterm birth and underweight babies!!!! I would just like to hear if anyone else has any story (good or bad) so I can prepare myself please 😓
