I wanna move 4 hours

I want to move four hours away but the father of my youngest son is paying child support and he has visitation rights so I don’t know how to go about it. I do know that my lawyer said if I do move four hours away cause I’ll still be in Ohio. He said everything would change but I don’t know what to do because he see his kid every weekend but I want to start fresh and a new city.
