I think the clinic forgot to send out my sneak peak…

So Saturday we went in to do our sneak peak at a clinic and we paid for the fast track. They asked to reschedule my original appointment to earlier because it had to be sent out by 1pm so I came in at 9. I got any email that my kit was activated and I should receive an email the next day that it arrived, and then another email later with the results. Well it’s now Monday and I still haven’t received anything. I don’t know if this is due to the clinic or shipping but I’m very irritated to have paid the extra for the $140 to get it fast tracked and still haven’t heard anything!
