First time trying to conceive

Hey everyone! I'm new here and my husband and I recently decided that we are going to try to conceive. A little background; I currently have an IUD, and I have an appointment to get it taken out soon. I have had the IUD for a little over a year and prior to that I was on the depo shot for about 5 years. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated, I cant wait to start this journey! I feel that it is also important

to note that due to birth control I have not had a period in about 6 or 7 years, but they were super regular when i did have them and I'm hoping that will be the case once i get off birth control.
