Adhd and anxiety
So my 5 year old was just diagnosed with adhd and anxiety. Any tips or tricks to help her? She’s failing school because she can’t focus. The doctor put her on medication. She’s also gonna be out of school for a week starting Monday so she’s gonna be even further behind
