Advice please (bit tmi)

Hello, i need a bit of advice please. I recently got the IUD and my boyfriend and i have had sex with it a fair few times with no issues at all but today my partner felt the IUD strings with his fingers and then we dont know if he actually felt it or if he psychologically felt it with his penis. I have recently come off of a 20 day period and am concerned it may have dislodged it or whether its a pure coincidence. I also found sex this time slightly uncomfortable which is a rarety but again i dont know if its because my head was already elsewhere worrying about my IUD, there was also a tiny bit of mucusy blood when I wiped post sex which doesnt normally happen.. really overthinking this so any advice or reassurance would be great, thank you in advance :) x
