Is there any way this is positive?

Not hoping for a positive result as we have a five month old currently. But would love another baby just the same if it’s meant to be. I’m on birth control and take it exactly as prescribed so I shouldn’t be pregnant. I don’t get periods on my birth control so no clue. But maybe a week and a half ago I took one to just check since don’t get a period (and I’m on some really bad meds you can’t take while pregnant). Because I know birth control fails. Anyways that test was starkly negative. Same brand. The last few days I’ve been exhausted just dog tired. Starting Thursday my breasts have hurt a lot. And I have lots of discharge (no yeast infection or anything) the last week almost. With my first it was sore boobs that gave it away. With our second it was an abnormal amount of discharge. I never have aching breasts and I don’t have this much discharge. I also have really clear skin and a week ago I broke out so badly all over my face and neck and it keeps getting worse. I clean my face and everything and no new products so it’s not something I did. Does anyone see anything? It’s super super super super faint. But again I just had a negative and it did not look at all like this. With my other two I was farther along when I tests and they were both big fat positives. Am I the only one seeing something? Shouldn’t be possible but I feel off as mentioned above and I know people who have gotten pregnant on birth control. Again I take harsh medicines I would need to immediately stop taking so that’s why I’d test at the end of each pack since never get a period but this time I feel off and thought it really odd about my boobs and then that of the other things I found odd too and connected them. They are two different tests taken at the same time with same urine. This was evening pee because we’ve been out of town and I know to use first morning urine for best results but needed another pair of eyes on this.
