Is less then a month before your due date too late?

So I am due March 2nd but my baby shower is February 10th. Is that too close to my due date? This isn’t my first baby and my other three all came before their due date. I have a strong feeling this little guy will be earlier then the others and will be quick about it. Any advice?

Having my baby showers December 2nd and 9th and I’m due February 13th. My sister missed her big shower because my nephew (her first) was born at 28 weeks, so even doing the shower at 30 or 31 weeks seems like I’m pushing it. If you’re worried, see if you can move it up. I personally am excited to not have a lot of commitments as I get closer to delivery!

I actually feel it’s smarter to be closer. My first was less than a month and this time will be exactly a month. 
I think if you have a shower too early it looses a lot of its charm because you’re still so far away from actual birth. And if your shower is too early and you exceed the return/exchange window on items, then you’ll have a bunch of stuff you don’t want or need, a waste of other people’s money.
