Didn't expect a bfp this soon!

I just started ttc this month after my last period which was on Oct.29th. Yesterday I tested with two FR and I got negatives and today Nov. 21th I woke up to these 3 positives. I have 34-35day cycles and my next period would have been December 2nd. (Pic below). Does this mean I ovulated way early?? By my calendar I am 3dpo but I decided to test early because my boobs have been hurting so much for a whole week now and they usually don't hurt till about 5 days before my period. I'm trying to figure out when I conceived so if anyone can help me I'd be grateful.
