Missed miscarriage
I apologize if the topic is sensitive. I am current 5 w 5 d. I have had no spotting but I have back pain and mild cramping like bladder full. I don’t remember having cramping and back pain at this point in pregnancy. Could this be early symptoms of miscarriage? I’m so nervous for my first ultrasound on Monday
