Achy period like

I’m 27 weeks few days I’ve been laying down all day because I’ve been feeling worse the further along I get but I’ve been having a period like achy feeling in my lower back but haven’t notice any type of vaginal leakage and baby is moving fine should I just wait it out? I went in yesterday because I had bad burning pain feeling in my lower right side but she didn’t care to run any test or check anything it was just a verbal consult I am high risk pregnancy but I get going to be seen they never help or do anything they just get annoyed when I go in
