I’m freaking out !!

I had an ectopic pregnancy in early September and had to take the mtx shot received my first cycle on October 25th. I took a test today and it’s showing positiviishhh. Now when I wipe I have very faint tinged mucas. If this is implant bleeding I wouldn’t have gotten a positive right ? I’m scared to go through another miscarriage or ectopic (I’ve had 3 miscarriages and two ectopics one where they took my tube. ) I don’t know if it’s normal or if I’m fine lol I haven’t been through this successfully in 10 years hope this will be the time I get to have baby number 2😩❤️
