Update has lost all my data????

Question

I paid premium and now you have lost my login and all my data!!!

Answer

All my information has disappeared too!! Not helpful since tracking periods for last couple of years as perimenopausal. Can’t access period tracker and has to create new sign in which is useless as no previous information stored of course. Not impressed.
