Ultrasound

I’m 8weeks and 5days today. I go to my first ultrasound on Dec 8th. I honestly can’t eat without smoking 🍃 🌸 and ofc where I’m at it’s legal. I wake up and I don’t even have to drink anything I will just throw up all day long but after I smoke I’m good I can eat I can keep drinking down. This is very different from my last pregnancies. Could I be pregnant with twins ofc I won’t know til I show up for my ultrasound for sure. I just need some of y’all’s twin pregnancy stories or what you had dealt with.
