Help please!!

Im currently 7w2d and will have my first prenatal appointment this Monday ( in 5 days). I’ve noticed that I have gotten hemorrhoids, they do not hurt me at all but I have noticed small amounts of blood when I wipe after going number 2. Today I went to the bathroom, and I felt as if a large amount of discharge was passed through my vagina so I checked the toilet quickly and noticed a light stream of blood in the toilet and on the feces. There was noo clots at all, and when I wiped there was no blood at all. I cleaned and washed my self up, and inserted my index finger in my vagina to make sure I wasn’t bleeding, and it came out with only white/clear slimy discharge no signs of blood.

Should I be worried ??? I had a chemical pregnancy back in March 😭
