To give some back story: I am pregnant with our second baby. With my first baby I was induced at an 37 due to pre-eclampsia which progressed to severe pre eclampsia. After being induced with pitocin and using a balloon to dialate me. I was finally progressing after 2-3 days. On the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> of the 4th day I finally made it to 9cm dilated for them to tell me we had to do a c section to get her out. I know I didn't prepare as much as I could have so any and all tips are appreciated.

My question is : what can I do or what did you do to help with delivery?
