Low blood pressure 30 wks

I went to the er last night cause i was having cramping and pains down my right leg and hip, and dizziness. I get there and they say my blood pressure was super low at 83/50. They managed to stablize it they said i wanrr having any contractions and babt was fine and said they think im okay to go home but to come back if i start feeling funny again which i dont really have much help right now my bf works out of state and my family lives 4 hrs away so im trying my best to not have to be seen unless emergency, due to moving im still trying to get a vbac dr which ive had troubled with i have an appointmenton the 12th but im still having issues with my right leg throbbing and getting dizzy feeling funny even while im laying down. Im 30 wks along its my 4th pregnancyi also have a rash one dr said it was an allergic reaction another said they think its shingles. It doesnt hurt but it itches and it hasnt spread from the area its at its not anywhere else on my body nor do any of my kids have it and i havent been outside or done anything new out of my normal. Idk whats going on. Anyone have any experience with similar issues that can help me? Picture of the rash below.
