Can I still line dance while pregnant ?
Over the last year I started line dancing every Thursday night, most of the dances have some mild bouncing involved, I did a few dances at a party tonight for the first time since finding out , I’m almost 7 weeks. We saw the heartbeat last week . But I can’t stop worrying that I put to much stress on them or something. Will dancing hurt them ?
