Caffeine?
Hi ladies! So I’m a first time mom only in my first trimester. My first doctor appointment is not until January 5. What’s the verdict on caffeine? I keep reading all sorts of contradictory things. 200 mg or less a day is ok but it could negatively affect the babies growth? What about decaf coffee? Is that safe? I thought it would be but I read one study that found if you drink 3 or more cups of decaf a day there was an increase in miscarriage? Is it best to just avoid all of it?
