suggestions?

F19, started & been birth control for about 5 months now. i’ve never missed a period and i’ve been late a few times but never later than 3-4 days. i’m about the reach the one week mark this time and i’m scared, i always get cramps a day or two before my period and i got those cramps last week but no period.. im scared it might be what i think it is and im scared to tell my husband too.. we’re not financially stable to afford even living together yet so we’re at our parents yet alone my state made abortion a illegal. when is it too late that is have to take a test?
