Passed a Clot just after Ovulation???

For about 5 months now i have spotted (like a single spot amount) during ovulation. Into my 30's i have been able to feel ovulating from each ovary (dual ovulation) on some occasions. Last night my ovulation cramps were extra - in an unusual way. (Pain was in the middle not an any side. Tailbone area inflamed. I guess a 4/10 pain) This morning I passed a longggg clot with a translucent "material" holding it together. Anybody know whats going on? Is this hyperovulation? Endometriosis? (My periods have gotten much better since 20s so Im not in massive pain) I will be making an appointment just want to see if someone has insight on this.
