I recommend yoga and avoiding junk foods and drinking more water and less drinks with sugar or high in unnecessary calories that have no nutritional value. If you don’t like plain water I recommend flavored vitamin water. I’m not saying cut out junk food I’m saying avoid it. If your craving pizza for dinner or a slice of pie/cake for desert go for it but I don’t think every meal/snack should be just junk food Try having cereal and a fruit bowl for breakfast with granola, yogurt and possibly maple syrup if your feeling adventurous and some toast with peanut butter if your not allergic otherwise jelly/jam is good too Drink options I recommend: milk, warm tea, vitamin water, any kind of fruit juice, or just water (not my preference either)DONT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR PRENATAL VITAMINS A good snack for here I think would be a pregnancy craving Then lunch could be any kind of soup in my opinion with a side of veggies or veggies mixed in if your not picky like me and another side of something with wheat or dairy Drink recommendations: any kind of fruit juice, (I personally prefer Cran Raspberry juice to prevent UTIs etc because I get them a lot) or milk, vitamin water, warm tea, and again water A good snack for here I also think should be a pregnancy craving Dinner could be a well done steak or some kind of protein as the main course, pizza with pepperoni or ham etc works too but if your having pizza I recommend you add quite a few toppings to keep up that nutritional value You probably already know what my drink recommendations are 🤷♀️Then desert Then the bedtime snack if your a wake up in the middle of the night hungry type of gal
Losing fat while pregnant
Is there a safe way to lose fat while having a growing baby/healthy pregnancy?
I was just starting to lose weight by consistently working out and counting calories/limiting calories when I got pregnant 4 weeks later!
I am IN NO WAY wanting to restrict in a way that harms baby. I’m just wondering if anyone has ever continued a workout program and healthy eating while working out and lost FAT/gained strength and muscle tone while growing a healthy baby.
