Need some help! (No hate tho)

Me and my bf slept together about 9 days ago. I ended my period before we did and it said I had a high chance of pregnancy the day we did it. I didn’t think anything of it before hand and we didn’t use protection(no pullout either). I haven’t really thought about it until I started bleeding again 2 days after we slept together and I continued for the whole week. I thought it was just because of him but my mind is making me think that it could be implantation bleeding.. I don’t start my period for another week and half. I took one test and it was negative. Am I just worrying or should I wait until missed period? Fully aware we should’ve been careful!
