Hi ladies, I took a pregnancy test on December 20th came back positive, according to the app. I am about 8 weeks pregnant all this week I have been spotting, but the last 2-3 day I have noticed clots, no cramps or pain, I don't get to see my obgyn until February 12th. Could it be a possible miscarriage?

I went to the ER due to more bleeding the did bloodwork and a transvaginal ultrasound. Dr. said that I am having twins but that I am still at risk fora miscarriage and to take things slow. I please ask for prayers for a healthy pregnancy

Update... I has lots of pain on 1/4. Went to the restroom and I passed what I think was baby, what do you guys think it is? I have an appointment with OB on the 16th. Feeling sad and depressed
