nipple pain
i’m ovulating but my nipples are hard and super sore to the point where it hurts to even touch! i’ve never had this much pain while ovulating! any remedies?? or ideas on what maybe going on? i use to be on an iud and never got my period. this last year was really my first year of a period in so long.. i truly don’t even know my body..
