It's negative...you're testing way too early. Earliest implantation can occur is 6dpo (and it's FAR from the norm). Even implanting at 6dpo you would still need to wait a couple of days for the HCG to get high enough to pop a positive test.
Sit on your hands for a few more days....good luck for your retest!
