My period bring up my ptsd
I hate when I get my period because I got it when I was 8-9 and that time I was doing drugs,drinking, and partying at that age and that’s when I was raped, and dating very older ppl. Now am 18 and in a healthy and loving relationship am scared to bring it up because I don’t wanna even think about it.
