How bad was your Gestational diabetes number? HELP

I got diagnosed really late, at 35w. I’m worried that I’m too late to fix this problem or to get on a diet. I’m due any time now. How bad/high were your numbers? How are your babies? 😭my numbers are high but nothing passed 145

I’ve only had my 1hr test done so far and this is my first, but if it makes you feel better I failed that first test real bad.. 😳 (at least it’s really bad according to my knowledge so far). My blood sugar was 160. I ate before the test but the nurse I talked to about the results said that shouldn’t affect it because she said you don’t have to be fasting for that first one. I’ve got my 3hr next week at 29 weeks and I’m fairly certain I’m going to fail it based on the results from my first test

Im 34 weeks today and I have my 3 hour tomorrow I'm certain I'm going to fail as my 1 hour results were 162.
