This is the second time I’m getting this, in the same exact spot. Last time I went to the ER and was told it’s nothing serious and that maybe it’s because I ate something spicy earlier. I’ve had spicy food all my life and this never happened. However, the first time it happened I remember I ate tacos with sauces I never tried before (don’t remember if they were actually spicy) and immediately my lip started itching and I felt a bump like this forming. This time however, I’m not sure what caused it. It hurts a lot when I touch it with my teeth or press it. Gets bigger by day.
