So yesterday (cd 13) i had bad back pain in the evening and then had red red spotting, just when i wiped. Nothing else after that. Opk this morning was negativeas well as this evenings. Last cycle was legitimately 6 months long. Started taking myo and dchiro inositol and ovulated a week later then got period 15 days after that. Could this mean i am actually ovulating sometime soon!? Or already did?? Side note:i have tracked resting heart rate and see an increase around ovulatik. Every month i actually ovulate and havent seen that yet...
