Hello today I’m 10-11 dpo and I found brown spots on my underwear but nothing but watery discharge when I used the restroom, I also had cramps on my left side mild, I’ve been having symptoms like morning nausea, headaches, increased appetite, boob tenderness especially the nipples (sorry for the tmi) and vivid dreams and fatigue is this implantation or could it be early pregnancy I took a test earlier this morning and it was negative and this happened later on today it’s my first time ttc and I’m just nervous is all and just in case since 3dpo I have also been taking prenatal vitamins as well any advice or ideas on what it could be? ♥️🤞🏻
