This is what my cycle currently looks like & i still haven’t gotten my period. 9th through 12th, I was lightly spotting after taking a plan B. Between last week and this week, I have been taking pregnancy tests and they’ve all been negative (dollar store ones)

The last test I took this morning looks like this (see attached pic) .. it looks negative to me but i’m not sure what i’m seeing. I took that this morning at around 8am and it was negative and now i’m looking at it again at 8pm someone help, what do i need to do
